Supporting Lihirian School students through Scholarship Programs for both Lihir International School and Flexible Open Distance Education and Academic Support Program with Lihir Secondary School
A Work Ready Program for Local Lihirians to develop employability skills to support the business through a structured career pathway
Kisim Save Library – as a resource for schools, employees and community

KISIM SAVE LIBRARY
The Kisim Save Library at STMCI provides accessible, high quality books and resources for reading. The aim of having a Library service is to provide a:
place for reading and research
wide selection of reading resources that encourages reading for pleasure
resource for NML staff
resource for Lihirian Schools, parents and townsite residents
resource for all people enrolled in School to Mine Programs
