Week 1 – Term 3 2019
Dear Parents/Caregivers,
Welcome back to all LIPS families for Term 3. It was great to see children eager and enthusiastic on the first day back. Please remember school begins at 8:15am and children are able to start arriving at school from 7:45am onwards. Please do not send your child to school before 7:45am as teachers will be busy preparing for the school day and supervision of children will not be available. All children are expected to be collected from school no later than 3.15pm unless they are involved in a pre-arranged after school activity.
Athletics Carnival – Track Events
Tomorrow (Friday) we will hold the track events for our Athletics Carnival as they were post-poned due to rain at the end of last term. We will begin after morning Assembly, hopefully getting underway before 9.00am. All students need to wear their sport uniform tomorrow.
School Hats and Uniform
Please ensure your child has a school hat to wear during playtime and other outdoor activities and that hats are clearly named. If you require any item of school uniform, please see Rose in the front office.
Term Three Overviews
Teachers will send home term overviews this Friday to provide you with an outline of the learning your child will be involved in this term.
