International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Teachers Angela Collins and Liz Daimol will represent LIPS at the Newcrest IWD luncheon.
Newcrest’s Margaret Yanda came to the School on Wednesday morning to promote the ‘Trupela Man, Trupela Meri’ back to school awareness program. Thanks to the Newcrest Communications office for this initiative.
