Week 4 Term 4 2017

Dear Parents / Guardians,

Next week education officers from True Relationships and Reproductive Health (formerly Family Planning QLD) will be visiting the school. They will be running sessions on Tuesday 31/10 and Wednesday 1/11 for both students and parents. More information on session content can be found at: http://www.true.org.au/Education/allschool

A letter was sent home outlining in detail the program for their visit. If you did not receive a letter, please see Clementa in the office. If you would like more information on the upcoming visit, please do not hesitate to contact the principal.

On Tuesday Newcrest published its latest news article Baby Steps for Big Dreams featuring LIPS’s visit to the mine on the last day of Term 3. This is very exciting for us! Please see this document attached. It has also been posted on LIPS’s noticeboard outside the front office.
