Masks will be worn during the day at school and on the way home after school. New masks have been ordered and will be distributed to the students in coming days.

School Photos

School photos will be taken tomorrow, Friday, for students in Prep-year 10. Students are to be in their formal Friday uniform.

Kindy photos will be next Monday. Kindy students do not have to wear the school uniform.

Year 10 Camp

Last week, year 10 students travelled to Kavieng for their year 10 camp. This camp focussed on preparation for the upcoming National exams along with a visit to OLSH international school in Kavieng; the school where many of our students will attend for their final two years of secondary schooling.  Our year 10 students are to be commended for their exemplary behaviour while on camp. The whole class were great ambassadors for Lihir International School.

School Council Meeting

Our next School Council Meeting will be  Thursday, 14th October, commencing at 6.00pm in the year 9/10 classroom. This meeting is for School Council members.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact either myself or your child’s teacher.
