Welcome back to LIS for Term 2! It is a very different start to the term with LIS students eagerly embracing remote learning at home. Thank you to those at home assisting our students. We now have almost every student from year 3 to year 9 logged into the Google Classroom platform. This has enabled teachers to meet with class groups and individual students to support learning at home. Teachers from kindy to year 2 are supporting students using WhatsApp groups and Skype. Thanks to the LIS teachers for all their hard work in ensuring the excellent education standards at LIS continue during the lockdown period.
There will be a whole school assembly tomorrow in the LIS Assembly Classroom at 9am. Please click on the Meet link to join. Don’t forget to invite any younger brothers and sisters from kindy to year 2 to join in as well. It would be appreciated if you could mute microphones during the Assembly.
