Dear Parents / Caregivers,

Early finish – Friday this week

On Thursday and Friday of this, staff will be participating in Professional Development activities lead by visiting consultant Kate Hitzke. This is to continue the work done by Kate during our staff professional development week in July. Kate was scheduled to complete this last November, but was unable to come due to issues surrounding APEC in POM. Because of this visit, students will finish on Friday 1st March at 12.00pm so that Kate can facilitate a whole staff culminating session Friday afternoon. During the other sessions, teachers will work in groups to ensure classroom learning is uninterrupted. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, however we believe it is extremely important that we have a whole staff session to complete the work Kate has done with us.
