Week 5 Term 4 2017
Dear Parents / Guardians,
Thanks to Mr and Mrs Neale and the Year 6/7 class for ‘Show Night’ last Friday. It was great to see our 6/7 class perform so confidently and professionally. Well done!
Thanks also to those parents and carers who attended with their children the True Relationships and Reproductive Health sessions. The visiting presenters spent two days facilitating the ‘All Schools Program’ for the students. If you would like a copy of the information sheets given out at the sessions, please see Clementa in the office.
Next week on Wednesday evening from 6pm will be the Student Led Conferences. Parents are encouraged to come along to see and hear from their children what they have been learning in school over the past months.
I am pleased to advise that Mr. Simon McKeiver will be joining the teaching staff at LIPS in 2018. Simon is a QLD teacher with extensive experience and will be a welcome addition to the LIPS team.
